Deep Sea Fishing and Dive Trips, Destin and Pensacola.
|
|
| Reel Bent Charters sends it thanks to the Shelby County Fire Department, Rescue Company NO. 66. |
Reel Bent Charters is a deep sea fishing charter and dive boat operating out of Destin and Pensacola. Captain
Charles is the owner and boat captain. He has been fishing the area since 1994. In 14 years of fishing the local
waters and hanging out in tackle/dive shops he has discovered hundreds of sites to dive and fish. Armed with this
information he will ensure your fishing or dive trip is all that you expected. For fishing trips, it is best to
let the captain decide where you will fish. Diving, on the other hand, it is up to you. The Captain can describe
the different dive sites, and you can decide which sites to dive. Take a look at our site and give us a call
when your ready for an adventure.
If you are looking to dive the USS Oriskany then you have the right dive boat. We offer
two boats for our Oriskany trips. For small groups (2-3 persons) we use the Reel Bent. For
larger groups(4-6 persons) we use the Luck E Strike. These are not cattle boats. Reel
bent charters offers you a private charter to the Oriskany no matter the size of your group. We can handle groups from
2-9 persons. Give us a call and lets go dive the largest artificial reef in the world, the USS Oriskany.
See our Oriskany page for more info or click here. We have tons of other sites to dive other than the USS Oriskany out of the Pensacola pass and Destin pass.
For the novice we have dives in less than 60' like the Coal Barges, Eglin Barge, Bridge Rubble, USS Massachusetts, and
many others. For the advanced divers we have many Natural reefs and wrecks like the Timber Holes, Amberjack Rock, White
Hill Reef, Stolen Reef, Lucky reef, Greens Hole, Janet, Brass Wreck, Avocet Dredge, Peak Tide, Russian Freighter, Camel
Barge, Antares, But Head Tug, Mohawk tug, Liberty Ships and many more. The Oriskany is only a small percent of what
we have to offer the Diver in the Destin, Navarre and Pensacola area. There are hundreds of concrete rubble, Culverts,
and pyramids that have been put down by Escambia and Okaloosa county that make great dive sites for Spear Fishermen.
We also put down our own Private Reefs that we will go to on our Spearfishing and Fishing Charters. Click here for USS Oriskany photos.
We have three pick-up locations for all of our Fishing Charters and Dive Charters. You will find a map to each
location by clicking here . If you are staying in Destin, Sand Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview, Navarre, Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze
Pensacola or Pensacola Beach you are 5-30 min from one our Dive and Fishing Charter pick-up locations. If you are staying in Milton, Brewton, Pace, Panama City, Gulf Shores, or Orange Beach you are 30-90min from one of
our Fishing and Dive Trip pick-up sites. For Dive boat trips to the USS Oriskany it is best to leave from
Pensacola because the Oriskany is closer to the Pensacola pass. From Destin you will be in the bay for 2-4 miles
and then the Gulf for 33 miles. From Pensacola you will be in the bay for 8 miles and then the Gulf for 22 miles.
We will leave from either pass you desire.
